- Multicolor status through AMS, with status and active material shown where the firmware reports them
- Local monitoring works without enabling LAN Only Mode or Developer Mode, so Bambu Cloud and Bambu Handy can stay active at the same time
- File browsing over FTPS, with thumbnails where the firmware exposes them
🤓 Creality K2 Combo
- Camera over WebRTC, a low-latency streaming protocol
- Multicolor status through CFS, with status shown where the connected firmware exposes it
- Local monitoring over Creality’s local WebSocket API
- File browsing and print history over the same local WebSocket API

Both printers report multicolor status as partial in Printer Tools, since neither AMS nor CFS exposes full slot detail on every firmware version. Neither system is presented here as more capable overall; the right choice depends on which ecosystem and ongoing firmware support matters more to you.
