Sinilink Addon
Read live temperature and relay status from your Sinilink bed/chamber heater controller
Printer Tools discovers Sinilink bed/chamber heater relays over UDP on your local network, querying the device's SINILINK521 protocol for live status. This is a read-only integration today: Printer Tools surfaces temperature and relay data so you can see what your heater is doing without opening a separate app.
Supported devices
الاتصال والبروتوكول
| Transport | UDP, port 1024 (SINILINK521 protocol) |
| Authentication | None, devices are identified by their MAC address |
| Requirements | A Sinilink relay reachable on your local network; responses time out after 5 seconds |
| Away from home | Connect over a VPN back to your network |
ما تم التحقق منه اليوم

| Connection & discovery | متاح | Devices are discovered over UDP by IP address and identified by their MAC address. |

| Remote control | غير متاح | This integration is read-only today, heating and temperature controls aren't exposed from Printer Tools yet. |
القيود المعروفة
- !Read-only today: Printer Tools shows temperature and relay data, but doesn't send heating or temperature commands to the device yet.
- !Relies on a UDP response within 5 seconds, so an unstable Wi-Fi connection can show the device as temporarily unreachable.
- !Devices are configured by local IP address; there's no cloud pairing or discovery.
الأسئلة الشائعة
Can I turn the heater on or off from Printer Tools?
Not yet. This integration is currently read-only, you'll see live temperature and relay status, but control has to happen at the device itself.
Do I need a Sinilink account or app?
No. Printer Tools queries the relay directly over UDP on your local network using its own SINILINK521 protocol, no account or cloud service is involved.
Why does my Sinilink device sometimes show as offline?
The UDP query times out after 5 seconds if the device doesn't respond, so a weak or congested Wi-Fi connection can cause it to briefly appear unreachable.
Can I monitor my heater away from home?
Yes, connect over a VPN back to your home network, the Sinilink relay is only reachable on your local network, so Printer Tools needs the same network access a browser would.
